Returns 

The dispensary accepts returns under the following conditions and within the first 30 days of purchase with a receipt:  

  1. The product purchased is defective or faulty
  • A defective product is one that may be returned to the dispensary for the exclusive purpose of being destroyed.   
  • In accordance with this code, the Dispensary accepts defective product returns under the following conditions: Faulty device or unusable product (ex./ vape cartridge that won’t draw or work, leaking cartridge, broken packages or pieces that may compromise how the product performs or health and safety).  
  1. The product listed on the purchase receipt does not match the product received (dispensing error).  
  2. The product label does not match the purchase receipt (mislabeling).  
  • Per DCC guidelines, all returns accepted due to mislabeling by a cultivator or processor must be reported to the Division via email to DCCCompliance@com.ohio.gov.  
  1. The product was a part of a state-issued recall initiated by the DCC.   
  2. Only products meeting the criteria above and returned in their original packaging, including customer/patient labels, are eligible for refunds.  

Refunds  

All refunds must be:   

  • Given immediately at the same time that the product is returned.  
  • For the full purchase price of the returned product.  

Other  

All other product return requests and questions that do not fall under the above return policy should be referred to the Manufacture for further assistance.
